“Offshore” is a calmer way to arrive.
In 2010, Shenzhen Jinbaili International Business Consulting Co., Ltd. was founded in Shenzhen to serve Chinese clients going abroad. For years, “offshore company” was often misunderstood as a tool for questionable practices.
We chose a different path: explain each jurisdiction’s rules and complete every onshore and offshore compliance step. The name “Offshore Isle” comes from this idea—leaving the familiar shore is not to escape, but to find an island fit for anchoring in a wider sea.
Today our work covers 125 countries and regions—from company formation and corporate banking to corporate secretarial, accounting, audit & tax, and cross-border structuring. Beyond our Shenzhen headquarters, we have offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong, and a network of partner lawyers and registered agents in 100+ countries and regions.
