1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us through the inquiry form, we collect the name, phone number, WeChat ID, email address, company name, jurisdiction of interest, services needed and message you enter, together with the page and language version you used. Name and phone number are required so that we can reach you; all other fields are optional.

Information generated when you visit. To keep the website secure and available, our server keeps access logs that include IP address, time of visit, page address, browser type and referring page. We use these logs only for security, troubleshooting and preventing abusive submissions. We do not use them to identify you or for advertising.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as identity documents or bank account details through this website. If a specific engagement later requires such documents, we will explain why before collecting them and ask for your separate consent.

2. How we use information

• To answer your inquiry, assess options, prepare a quote and arrange an advisor to follow up;
• After you engage us, to communicate with you and send reminders needed to deliver the service;
• To keep our website and systems secure and to detect and block abnormal traffic and spam.

We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent, and we do not send you marketing messages.

3. Cookies and local storage

This website uses only the cookies and browser storage needed for basic functions and security. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics:

• oi_csrf: protects the inquiry form against forged requests sent through your browser; expires after 7 days.
• oi_session: used only when our staff sign in to the website admin, to keep them signed in; expires after 7 days. It is never set for ordinary visitors.
• oi_storage_notice (local storage): remembers that you have seen the storage notice, so it is not shown again.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but the inquiry form may then stop working. If we add optional features such as website analytics or live chat in the future, they will load only after you agree, and we will update this policy.

4. Storage and retention

Inquiries are stored in the database on the website server that we manage. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Inquiries are kept for no more than three years after our last contact with you. Server access logs are kept for the period required by law. After that, we delete or anonymize the information unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Service providers, sharing and transfers outside mainland China

To respond quickly, new inquiries are forwarded to the business messaging or email service we use internally, where only the staff handling them can see them. We do not sell your personal information or share it with unrelated third parties.

If you engage us for services such as overseas company formation or bank account opening, we will need to provide the necessary information to registered agents, banks or government registries outside mainland China. Before doing so, we will tell you who the recipient is, how to contact them, and the purpose and method of processing, and we will ask for your separate consent.

We may also disclose information where required by law or by a lawful request from a court or government authority.

6. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS encryption across the site, hashed admin passwords with lockout after repeated failed sign-ins, strict access controls and regular backups. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, completion of or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent you have given. Contact us using the details below. We will reply within 15 working days after verifying your identity. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

8. Children

This website offers business advisory services to companies and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our business or the law changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with its effective date. We will highlight significant changes on the website.
