02Process · How it works

Four steps from a company name to a maintenance list

  1. 01

    Identify the company

Enter the company name, registration number or website; we suggest the place of registration from the name suffix and number format.

    Add a few details

Confirm the place of registration, company status and the areas to check, then answer “done / not done / not sure” item by item.

    First results

See possible gaps and items to verify straight away — no contact details needed.

  4. 04

    Full report

Leave one contact method to unlock suggested actions, documents to check, deadline rules and official sources, and ask for an adviser review.

03Boundaries · Boundaries

How we present results

01

Not a live registry search

The site does not connect to any government registry or visit the website you enter; any detection is a format-based guess marked “to verify”.

02

Not legal or tax advice

Results are “confirmed by you / possible gap / to verify / not applicable”; we never conclude that a company is in breach because a document is missing.

03

Rules from official sources

Each checkpoint cites official sources and the date checked; if the rules change, the latest local requirements prevail.

04

Your contact details, your choice

See the first results first; we only ask for one contact method when you want the full report or an adviser review.

Confirmed by you
Items you confirmed as done
To verify
Not enough information; documents or records need checking
Possible gap
Your answers suggest a possible gap; worth checking
Not applicable
Items you marked as not applicable

FAQ · FAQ

About the company health check

01Is the health check free?

Yes. The check, the first results and the full report are free. If you want us to handle anything, you receive a written plan and itemised quote first and decide from there.

02Do you search the official registry for my company?

The website does not. It only compares the information you give with general rules. If you want the registered status verified, an adviser can obtain a company search or certificate of good standing with your authorisation; official fees apply.

03Does “possible gap” mean my company is in breach?

No. It only means an item you answered “not done” usually needs attention under the general rules; whether and how to act depends on your company’s facts and the latest local requirements.

04What if I am not sure about a question?

Choose “not sure”. The result lists it as “to verify” and tells you which documents to check or whom to ask.

05Can I check a US, UK or other company?

Yes, you can submit it. For now an adviser reviews these manually: we record the basic details and your concerns, then contact you to confirm what to check.

06How is my information used?

Company details are used to produce this result. Contact details are collected only if you submit them, to send the report and arrange an adviser. Receiving updates is a separate choice and is not needed for the full report. See the privacy policy.
